Original UERRA and CERRA data is available for 1961-2019 (UERRA) and for 1984-2021 (CERRA). Data is daily in case of precipitation, and hourly for temperature (as CDS doesn't allow to download its daily values). Temperature data was split in two consecutive periods, in order to store smaller files. Both datasets are in the Lambert Conformal projection, with 1069x1069 points each.

UERRA and CERRA data inside the ./GAR subfolder is the same as in the mani folder, but projected to lat/lon coordinates and only for the Great Alpine Region. It has a spatial resolution of 0.07 degrees. Projection was performed with cdo remapbil in case of temperature and iwth cdo remapcon in case of precipitation, as described in the 'target_grid.txt' file employed to perform the projection.
